408 completers from the General Licerio Topacio National High School batch of 2017 marched to a new beginning as they finally completed the requirements for senior high school, April 6.With this year’s theme of “Sabay-Sabay na Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan”, Dr. Leah Guillang, Education Program Supervisor for AP/ESP graced the event with her inspirational message to the completers. “Kayong lahat ay nagtagumpay dahil sa inyong sipag, tiyaga, at abilidad. Andiyan rin ang mga tao na nasa inyong likod upang gabayan kayo sa inyong desisyon sa buhay- ang inyong mga magulang. Pasalamatan niyo sila dahil ang tagumpay niyo kanilang ligaya.”, stated Dr. Guillang.
Despite the unanticipated turn of events, General Licerio Topacio National Highschool won 2nd place on Photo Essay Contest in the Regional Festival of Talents - which was thought to be a Masining na Pagkukwento Contest.
After its recent triumph in the Divisions ,General Licerio Topacio National Highschool achieved 5th place on Webpage Designing Contest in the Regionals Technolympics.
It had been a fun-filled Educational trip for the students of General Licerio Topacio National High School last December 3, 2016 (Saturday). 20 buses were lined up for the students together with their teachers for their trip to Subic!

A good teacher as they say can be defined as someone who always pushes students to want to do their best while at the same time trying to make learning interesting as well as creative. And with the latest technology today, students tend to divide their attention with the gadgets and school. 21st Century Learners are indeed challenging and teachers should always find methodologies to make every lesson outstanding for them reach their “Eureka!” or “Aha!” moments. The best way to catch up with them is to continuously improve teachers’ knowledge on the technology that they are using and integrate this in their daily lessons.
